Coalition Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon
| Smooth and slightly sweet to start, followed with a tingle of honey and citrus notes. 2 GINGERS is a blended Irish whiskey that is distilled twice and aged 4 years in the mild climate of Ireland at the Kilbeggan Distillery, allowing its flavor to live well on its own or as a good base in cocktails. | This bourbon has notes of charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are delicately balanced with the lingering essence of coffee and black pepper. Enjoy neat. | 1792 Aged Twelve Years is made using the same high-rye mash bill as the flagship no-age statement Small Batch Bourbon bottling. Aged for 12 years, this bourbon bottling will be released each summer going forward. The first batch is set to launch in July 2019. |
10th Street's line currently includes two whiskies, both of which are single malt varieties and are ?hand crafted? and distilled in custom cooper pot stills. While the STR Single Malt is non-peated, the Peated Single Malt straddles American and Scottish tradition as it is created with specially peated malt imported from Scotland that the distillers believe is synergistic with San Jose's water and means the water doesn?t need to be treated. The Peated Single Malt Whisky also earned the ?Best in Class? gold medal at the 2018 Whiskies of the World competition, and Double Gold at the New York World Spirits Competition this year. 10th Street Peated Single Malt American Whisky Tasting Notes Nose: The nose has notes of citrus, with a peat smoke essence. Palate: The palate is creamy, full of flavors of vanilla and dark red apple peels, turning into rounded peat flavors.
