Content | Imported vodka made from French grapes. Distilled five times. Smooth, crisp with essences of light citrus. Great for martinis and cocktails. Since 2007 C?ROC has been handled by Sean "Diddy" Combs. | On a morning when three brilliant roosters (tototl) greet the dawn with hopeful songs of renewal, mature agave plants at the hacienda are ready to be hand harvested and Organic Blanco tequila awakens from its eighteen months slumber in white oak barrels to be reborn as Anejo (Tres) Tequila. Just as the rooster has long been a symbol of virility and power in Mexican folklore, the complex aromatic bouquet and deep golden hue of Anejo (Tres) Tequila are signs of its superior quality and lengthy aging. Enjoy Anejo (Tres) tequila as you would any fine, aged spirit by savoring the mastery of its limited production and the mystery of its ancient legend. | The stars dance in the sky above the fields for as many as ten years before the organic agaves are harvested for 123 Organic Blanco (Uno) tequila, the pure mother spirit from which Reposado (Dos) and Anejo (Tres) tequilas are created. As they reach the peak of maturity under the watchful gaze of the guardian snake (coatl), the agaves are hand-harvested and the hearts are slowly cooked in stone ovens for almost two days before being pressed to release their sugary juice. After a natural fermentation and precise small-batch distillation, Blanco tequila is born. Marked by an earthy, citrus and herbal character, Blanco (Uno) is tequila in its most natural state and ideal as the basis for organic cocktails and sipping. Both the quality and purity of our Blanco (Uno) tequila are essential to achieving the complex evolution that takes place in its aged versions ? Reposado (Dos) and Anejo (Tres) tequilas. | Batch 55 embodies an opulent vintage, which saw its fruit grow amid lush rainfall and balmy temperatures. Nuanced aromas of sun-baked raspberry, crushed blueberry, freshly-turned earth and hints of nutmeg swirl in the glass, segueing to a palate of jammy blackberries, clove and caramel. This blend showcases Zinfandel's warm, luscious character, accentuated by time spent in our charred bourbon barrels, which lent a graceful, smoky finish to the wine. | A distinct batch of barrels were hand-selected especially for this commemorative release. These barrels aged for 10 years at Barton 1792 Distillery before being bottled at specifically 92.15 proof. This special proof is a nod to the year 1792 and to Kentucky being the 15th state to join the Union. The dark blue neckband on the bottle and back label are a salute to the official state seal. This is the sixth limited edition release of 1792 Bourbon expressions, the 225th Anniversary Bourbon joins previous releases of High Rye, Sweet Wheat, Port Finish, Single Barrel, and Full Proof Bourbons. 1792 225th Anniversary Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting NotesNose:?Caramel, fruit, and vanilla cream greet you out of the glass. The fruit is reminiscent of cherry or strawberry. There's also a nice angel food cake note underneath. Palate:?First thing I get is a little caramel, brown sugar, and oak, followed by a warm, juicy red fruit similar to what I found in the 1792 Sweet Wheat but more pronounced. There is a nice burn on the tail end that carries the notes of fruit and cream into the finish. Finish:?Sweet, fruity, and oaky with a bit of caramel. The finish is medium in length and the whiskey leaves a nice ?full? feeling coating the mouth. There is a little vanilla and a nice spice to finish it off. |
This peated single malt whisky is made in America, aged in bourbon casks, and non-chill filtered. Unique distillation cuts deliver malty, woody, earthy and smoky notes for the malt enthusiast, with a fusion of citrus and berries. Gold Winner at Whiskies of the World. 10th Street Peated Single Malt Distillers Cut American Whisky Tasting NoteNose:?Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate:?A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish:?Clean, crisp and smooth. |
