| Content | Circle City 5 Year Straight Bourbon | Our American is a pre-prohibition style, short-aged, under 1 year, in American white oak barrels used previously for our 291 Colorado Bourbon. Floral with a buttery mouthfeel, while the copper provides a fresh cut leather finish. ?291 Colorado Whiskey's summer sipping whiskey? great in a cocktail, served neat or over ice. ?90 proof / 45% ABV | Nose Pleasant and immediately approachable, greeted with the familiar flavors from American oak cask, stewed stone fruits, vanilla custard, coconut cream, but also uniquely 10th Street, modeling clay, sea air, salinity, cocoa puffs, red pu ehr tea, the first rain on dry concrete. Color: Lightly oaked Chardonnay Palate Easy to drink, panacotta, light campfire embers, dandelions, and heathered honey. Finish Leaves you wanting more with glazed donuts, lime altoid sours, and lingering silky mouthfeel. | 1792 Aged Twelve Years is made using the same high-rye mash bill as the flagship no-age statement Small Batch Bourbon bottling. Aged for 12 years, this bourbon bottling will be released each summer going forward. This non-peated single malt whisky is made in America with domestic 2-row malted barley. Shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) casks balance the malt and wood influences. It is double distilled in all-copper pot stills and non-chill filtered to preserve its complexity. |
