Cincoro Extra Anejo Tequila

Cincoro Extra A?ejo is the ultimate expression from the Cincoro family of tequilas. Aged in the ex-bourbon barrels for 40 to 44 months in the underground cellar, this beautiful tequila has toasted oak and dried fruits on the nose. Elegant on the palate with notes of wood, raisin, fig, light coffee and dark chocolate, the taste is divine. It has an exceptionally long finish with the complexity of a fine cognac.?

Cincoro Tequila is uniquely made with the highest quality 100% Weber blue agave from private farms in both the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. This agave is hand 'selected, slow-cooked and distilled in separate small batches, creating two distinct distillates, which are then mixed together to create an innovative new bland.

This bourbon was aged for six years in new white oak barrels before spending another two years extracting the subtle, yet sweet flavors from used port wine barrels. The rich vanilla characters of American oak mingle with the delicate fruit notes from port to create this magnificent whiskey.

This hand selected barrel produces a deep rich amber color.1792 is full bodied with notes of cinnamon and pepper and lots of brown sugar and hints of maple. Long spicy finish that brings out oak, baking spices, and a dark fruity sweetness.

Batch 55 embodies an opulent vintage, which saw its fruit grow amid lush rainfall and balmy temperatures. Nuanced aromas of sun-baked raspberry, crushed blueberry, freshly-turned earth and hints of nutmeg swirl in the glass, segueing to a palate of jammy blackberries, clove and caramel. This blend showcases Zinfandel's warm, luscious character, accentuated by time spent in our charred bourbon barrels, which lent a graceful, smoky finish to the wine.
