Cincoro Anejo Tequila

Cincoro A?ejo is aged for 24 ? 28 months in an underground cellar. It has the aromas of agave, caramel, and dried fruits, with a white chocolate taste, and an elegant finish that is extra long and complex.

Cincoro translates to ?five gold? in Spanish, paying homage to the five friendly business competitors (Jeanie Buss, Wes Edens, Emilia Fazzalari, Wyc Grousbeck, and Michael Jordan) whose vision became a reality.

Cincoro Tequila is uniquely made with the highest quality 100% Weber blue agave from private farms in both the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. This agave is hand 'selected, slow-cooked and distilled in separate small batches, creating two distinct distillates, which are then mixed together to create an innovative new bland.

On a morning when three brilliant roosters (tototl) greet the dawn with hopeful songs of renewal, mature agave plants at the hacienda are ready to be hand harvested and Organic Blanco tequila awakens from its eighteen months slumber in white oak barrels to be reborn as Anejo (Tres) Tequila. Just as the rooster has long been a symbol of virility and power in Mexican folklore, the complex aromatic bouquet and deep golden hue of Anejo (Tres) Tequila are signs of its superior quality and lengthy aging. This bourbon has notes of charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are delicately balanced with the lingering essence of coffee and black pepper. Enjoy neat.

The California Gold Rush was a period of courage, bravado and curiosity. It was with these characteristics in mind that we crafted Gold Rush Red. Grapes chosen from the golden hills and valleys of California were blended to create this bold, adventurous testament to that intrepid spirit. Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel form the backbone of this wine. Petite Sirah and Merlot were then meticulously selected to add complexity to this intense blend. Each lot began its journey in traditional French and American wine barrels. Then, in true 1000 Stories fashion, winemaker Bob Blue divided the blend, finishing it in a combination of new and used bourbon barrels. The result is a signature 1000 Stories profile: a bold wine with intriguing notes of dried herbs, charred vanilla and a pleasant hint of smoke.
