Tequila Chamucos Diablo Blanco was launched in fall 2018. It is a high proof (110 proof) blanco tequila. The agaves used in the production are 100% organic blue weber sourced from Los Altos in Jalisco. The agaves are cooked, shredded, and then fermented for up to nine days with proprietary yeast. It is double distilled and then rested in stainless steel for four months before bottling.

Nose:?Blue agave aromas are abundant and intense, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossoms, and black pepper.
Palate:?Spicy, vanilla, cinnamon, fennel, citrus and orange blossoms with a barely discernible hint of smoke. Powerful approachable when sipped, smooth and has a very silky mouth feel.
