This non-peated single malt whisky is made in America with domestic 2-row malted barley. Shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) casks balance the malt and wood influences. It is double distilled in all-copper pot stills and non-chill filtered to preserve its complexity. | This bourbon has notes of charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are delicately balanced with the lingering essence of coffee and black pepper. Enjoy neat. | This hand selected barrel produces a deep rich amber color.1792 is full bodied with notes of cinnamon and pepper and lots of brown sugar and hints of maple. Long spicy finish that brings out oak, baking spices, and a dark fruity sweetness. | The stars dance in the sky above the fields for as many as ten years before the organic agaves are harvested for 123 Organic Blanco (Uno) tequila, the pure mother spirit from which Reposado (Dos) and Anejo (Tres) tequilas are created. As they reach the peak of maturity under the watchful gaze of the guardian snake (coatl), the agaves are hand-harvested and the hearts are slowly cooked in stone ovens for almost two days before being pressed to release their sugary juice. After a natural fermentation and precise small-batch distillation, Blanco tequila is born. Marked by an earthy, citrus and herbal character, Blanco (Uno) is tequila in its most natural state and ideal as the basis for organic cocktails and sipping.
