Producer Description

Propiedad de Arednzano is located in a valley formed by Pyrenees last foothills. Like in all great winemaking areas, Ega River cuts across the property beautifully, providing not only irrigation but also regulating temperature during summer, creating a unique microclimate.128 hectares of Arednzano vineyards, with a majority of Tempranillo and Chardonnay varieties, are located in an area of complex geology with different soil features. This scenario is a winemaker's dream, as it provides different variables to play with in order to produce complex and high-quality wines. This unique microclimate provides perfect conditions for wine growing. 128 hectares, out of 355 hectares in the property, are dedicated to Pago wines production.Soils at the property have a tertiary age origin with variable proportions of slimes, marl, clay and degradation of limestone-calcareous rock. The soil has little depth above the bedrock (maximum 30 to 40cm), forcing our grapevines to extend their roots in search of water and nutrients, which produces a little bit smaller grape with an excellent concentration and quality.A natural vegetal cover and an excellent drainage system prevents the soil from being washed away during the rainy season.

Producer Description

It was in 1863 that Anthony Hardy, a London gentleman, settled in Cognac and established himself in the business of high-quality wines and spirits. Five generations later, Hardy Cognac is known for its character and for the skills of its cellar masters, custodians of a heritage handed down forever. Ambassadors and pilgrims, the Hardy family traveled the planet to make known their cognac: the Hardy style in all its forms.Today, the House of Hardy is reaching out to the new generation of consumers, whilst maintaining and protecting its long-cherished history. Not so long ago, cognac was still found in barrels transported by "gabarre" to the four corners of the world.Exported to the five continents, Hardy Cognac has preserved its authenticity for the pleasure of real cognac lovers.

A crystal-clear a?ejo tequila with deceptive depth, presented in a stunning crystalline bottle. Since releasing the first a?ejo tequila on the market in 1800 A?ejo, 1800 continues to drive innovation with this beautiful contradiction of a spirit. 1800 Cristalino is aged in both American and French oak barrels for 16 months, after which the liquid is married together and finished in Port Wine casks for an additional 6 months. It is then meticulously filtered via a unique process that adds smoothness without sacrificing taste. The result is a spirit with all the complexity of an a?ejo tequila, and the silky smooth drinkability of a silver.

Voluptuous taste profile but soft and sweet, with notes of caramel, honey and vanilla. Medium wooden notes typical of Porto wood, with cooked agave notes remaining throughout the entire stay in the mouth.
Fantastically fruity, our Damson is definitely something special. Masses of luscious, handpicked British damsons are left to steep for six months or more in our strikingly smooth London Dry. Slowly matured, the resulting rich, ruby-red gin is velvety and smooth with an intense depth of flavour and fruity dryness; unlike many fruit gins, it delivers quite a kick ? bottled with an alcohol content of 40%

Description

The 2018 A to Z Chardonnay greets with aromas of lemon, lime zest, kumquat, quince, spiced apple, pear, peach, melon, apricot and lemongrass with hints of sage and fresh cut hay. The wine dances on the palate, alive with flavors of citrus fruits, green apple and starfruit. It is rich and yet balanced, fleshy and yet precise. There is a grapefruit pith note to the finish, along with a linear minerality that carries through for quite some time after tasting.
