Angostura 7 Year RumAngostura's 7-year-old rum is produced from molasses using a five column still. This richly flavored Caribbean elixir is aged and then mixed with an even more purified spirit. This blending process yields a more refined character. After the portions of the blend are aged for at least 7 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. They are hand drawn from the barrel, mixed, filtered, and bottled at 40% ABV.? Angostura 7-year is heavily packed with flavors like maple, chocolate, honey and toffee that presents a rich full-bodied taste that tapers off into the classic rum finish. It can be enjoyed neat as a sipping rum, or over ice, equally, it can mix a stunning contemporary take on a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned.Angostura Amaro Di AngosturaAmaro di Angostura is derived from the bespoke process used in creating the House of Angostura's iconic aromatic bitters. It is a deep amber colour, offering aromas of cinnamon, dark chocolate and unmistakable Angostura aromatic bitters. The finish is perfectly balanced, exotic, lush and reminiscent of the essence of Trinidad and Tobago's pulsating rhythms, tropical climate and beauty. This beautiful liqueur can be enjoyed over ice, is splendid on its own and offers delicious harmony in a cocktail.Angostura Aromatic Bitters?A cocktail cabinet without Angostura is like a kitchen without salt and pepper.? Angostura aromatic bitters adds a layer of complexity, intensifies the flavor of other ingredients, counteracts the harshness of acidic contents and decreases the harshness of spirits. But it doesn?t stop there ? it also helps cleanse the palate and aid in digestion. Ever had an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Pink Gin or Mai Tai? Then you?ve experienced Angostura aromatic bitters. It's the can?t-miss bottle behind the bar, featuring an over-sized label and distinct yellow cap. All items will be shipped together. | A criminally under-rated distillery in our view at Alexander Murray & Co. Casks we sample from here consistently exhibit all the exciting, fragrant characteristics you?d want in a soft, intriguing dram. Glen Moray is a first-class example of the citrusy and perfumed style.? Most often you?ll find Glen Moray matured in ex-bourbon casks, which suit well to the development of the spirit. However the distillery also houses all sorts of treasures: single malt matured in an impressive collection of wine, sherry, port, madeira and even ?ex-cider? casks. The distillery is situated in Elgin on the site of an old brewery, which was converted in 1897, and thrives today, albeit as a lesser-known champion of Speyside. Fragrant, fruity, citrusy, biscuity and sometimes even buttery, you can always expect something lively from Glen Moray. We hear that the production setup has been altered slightly of late, moving towards a slightly longer fermentation. This will likely change the distillery character ? probably giving a bit more oiliness ? so there ought to be a mad dash to secure the last fruits of its traditional labor in coming years. We?ll certainly be knocking at the door. | Back in September 2020, Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye was named the Best Whisky of the World. This whisky is made with 100% Canadian Rye and Rocky Mountain spring water. If you like rye whisky, this is a must-try and probably a must-buy. The superb flavor is released perfectly from the specially designed Glencairn whisky glass.? Bottle Size: 750ml Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye?WhiskeyAlberta Premium Cask Strength Rye Whiskey is made?with a 100% Canadian prairie rye mashed in Rocky Mountain water. It's this combination that has made the distillery one of the biggest producers of rye in the world. After years of perfecting their craft, the master distillers at Alberta Distillers wanted to deny to push the rye envelope and come up with not just another rye whisky, but a better rye whisky. And so, Alberta Premium Cask Strength Rye Whisky was born. A true expression of the skilled craftsmen who have made rye whisky their passion for nearly 70 years. Nose?: Aroma of rye toast, firewood and dark coffee. Palate:?Notes of vanilla, bitter grapefruit, gingerbread and dark fruits. Finish:?Long and spicy, with lasting notes of Eastern spices, licorice and sour candy.?? ? Glencairn Whisky Glass SetThe Glencairn Whisky Glass is a revolutionary whiskey glass that really lets one savor the taste and complexity of fine whiskey. These are great to use for any of your Single Malt Whisky's, Irish Whiskey's, and also your single barrel bourbons. With the tapered mouth, you are able to really smell all of the nuances the whisky has to offer. Any malt advocate will love a Glencarin glass! Champagne, Brandy, Wine... each has its own glass. Yet whiskey, the world's most complex spirit can be found served in anything from hi-ball tumblers to Paris goblets. Glencairn Crystal solved the problem of identifying the ideal glass for whiskey, appropriately named the Glencairn Whiskey Glass. Designed by Raymond Davidson nearly 25 years earlier, its development involved pulling together the master blenders from the five largest whisky companies and asking them to perfect his initial design. While the traditional style of whiskey glass is a cut crystal Old Fashioned whiskey tumbler, an iconic design that remains the most commonly used type of whisky glass. However, a tumbler does not hold and focus the aromas as much for the experience of the drinker as the other styles, which curve inwards towards the top of the glass. While not all drinkers may find the strong aroma produced by such glasses desirable, inward-curved glasses are often preferred by connoisseurs who consider the aroma especially important to the experience of a whiskey. | In 2012 anCnoc teamed up with Scots born illustrator Peter Arkle to launch a series of Limited Edition whiskies. Now living in New York Peter refers to anCnoc as 'remarkable liquid' and enjoys its 'magic' so it seemed fitting that he should work on producing the packaging for our Collection. | Belle Meade Bourbon Honey Cask Finish is part of Belle Meade's Craftsman Cask Collection. | |
