Content | Campo Bravo, Reposado Tequila 100% de Agave 750ml?? | Descriptionwinemaker Bob Blue selected fruit from MendocinoCounty and Santa Clara Valley, a very old California appellation south of SanFrancisco Bay. The resulting wine is a perfect example of classic typicity, showing cherry fruit and blackcurrant with a touch of tobacco leaf. Ripe flavors ofZinfandel and Syrah were meticulously chosen and layered over this Cabernet, gifting midpalate, spice and rich color. This Cabernet was aged in new and used bourbon barrels, imparting complexity, depth and characteristics of charred vanilla, dried herbs and a hint of caramel. These wonderful flavor notes are specific to the bourbon barrel aging process. In true 1000 Stories form, this wine closes on a delightfully smooth andmemorable finish. Producer DescriptionThe mighty buffalo is an iconic symbol of American heritage, a heritage woven with one thousand stories, unique traditions, and a pioneering spirit. Our country's history of hard work and tenacity lives on today in each of us and continues to be at the essence of America's character. This is the inspiration for 1,000 Stories, a unique wine aged in bourbon barrels-a reflection of our winemakers' pioneering spirits. It's not a quick process, but crafting by hand to meet exacting standards seldom is. | Fantastically fruity, our Damson is definitely something special. Masses of luscious, handpicked British damsons are left to steep for six months or more in our strikingly smooth London Dry. Slowly matured, the resulting rich, ruby-red gin is velvety and smooth with an intense depth of flavour and fruity dryness; unlike many fruit gins, it delivers quite a kick ? bottled with an alcohol content of 40% | Generous quantities of hand-picked hedgerow sloes, combined with just the right amount of sugar, are added to our strikingly smooth London Dry. We then leave it all to soak slowly for at least six months. The high 'sloe to gin? ratio combined with this lengthy maturation process achieves a smooth, intensely rich and fruity flavour that retains some of that just-picked tartness. | DescriptionSourced from premium vineyards in Paso Robles. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak for a medium, full-bodied flavor profile. Hints of rich, dark fruit create a bold, rich wine. | DescriptionGorgeously aromatic, the 2020 A to Z Wineworks Oregon Riesling greets with bright fresh citrus (lemon, mandarin orange, lime sherbet, grapefruit) and tropical aromas (green papaya, lychee, pineapple), as well as revealing hints of honeydew, pear, apple, quince, apricot, and floral and savory notes of honeysuckle, rose, bay leaves, sage, and tarragon. The wine initially zips across the palate with lively energy showing a rich texture, noticeable salinity, and notes of the same abundant fruits that greeted the nose. The juicy palate has lovely, mouth-watering acidity balanced by a touch of well-integrated residual sweetness, making it off-dry rather than sweet. A long finish brings the bottle design's promise of spring to the last sip assuring that the 2020 A to Z Wineworks Oregon Riesling will be a crowd-pleaser. FeaturesSustainable Producer DescriptionA to Z Wineworks was started in 2002 by Oregon wine industry veterans: Deb Hatcher (Eyrie), Bill Hatcher (Domaine Drouhin Oregon), Sam Tannahill (Archery Summit) and Cheryl Francis (Chehalem). The two couples worked in the Hatcher's kitchen to build the original blend honored by Food & Wine magazine as the Best American Pinot Noir under $20. Recognition for A to Z wines as offering dependable quality for great value continues today and A to Z is the top-selling Oregon wine brand. In 2006, the group welcomed another Oregon wine veteran, Michael Davies, as winemaker, and partnered with Gregg Popovich (Coach of the San Antonio Spurs) to buy REX HILL Vineyards and Winery (established in 1982). A to Z has more collective Oregon winemaking experience than any other winery, experience that can make a difference in difficult vintages to stay true to the Essence of Oregonr.A to Z Oregon Pinot Noir has twice been named to Wine Spectator's Top 100 wines of the year; A to Z Oregon Pinot Gris is a perennial Best Buy; and A to Z Oregon Chardonnay is America's Best-Selling Oregon Chardonnay. Rose, Rose Bubbles, Riesling and a small selection of the best of the vintage, The Essence of Oregon Pinot Noir, round out the portfolio. In May 2014, A to Z Wineworks certified as a B Corp subsequently being named as a Best for the World B Corp four years in a row. |
