With 29 botanicals, there's a lot going on, including a duo of mushrooms. Yet somehow, it all comes together: the opening salvo is spicy and bold with anise, pepper, and clove, before moving to a waxy lemon peel and juniper midpalate and finishing dry and dusty with suggestions of cocoa powder, coriander, and spicy grains of paradise.
|Beefeater 24 is our Master Distiller's contribution to the Beefeater legacy. Made in the heart of London from 12 hand-selected botanicals, including Japanese Sencha and Chinese Green teas, it is a sophisticated and modern London Dry Gin, designed to inspire mixologists around the world. The inspiration for Beefeater 24 came while our Master Distiller, Desmond Payne MBE, was travelling in the Far East. Quinine is banned in Japan, resulting in tonics that are comparatively sweet. As an alternative, Desmond chose to mix his Beefeater gin with chilled green tea. The resulting gin and tea combination was remarkable and inspired Desmond to spend the next 18 months experimenting with different teas and botanical blends. The result is an exceptionally mixable gin, with a unique aromatic profile and superior smoothness, ideal for contemporary cocktails.

Barr Hill Gin is our ode to the hardworking bees of the Northeast. Each batch is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction still. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey. The results are distinctive and unparalleled. Our Harvest Gin is first distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills in order to keep the wonderful aromas of the Viognier. Then, it is distilled one final time in a column still so that we can infuse the botanicals and offer you this unique aromatic gin.
This Gin isn?t your typical gin. It's a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape-based gin we make once a year at harvest time. The floral Viognier white wine pomace from local wineries is fermented and pressed at our distillery. We then distill it using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it's finished with a combination of unique botanicals vapor-infused in a botanicals basket. We combine locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel along with juniper berries and an array of delicious botanicals. The result is a floral and complex spirit crafted to entice the most discerning palates.
